Autor

Giovonni Gifft, an author, health and physical education teacher, and coach, started his journey pursuing education at Hampton University. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education with a minor in Kinesiology. Throughout his teaching and coaching experiences, Mr. Gifft learned to connect with elementary and high school students through his stories and experiences. Gifft's passion for teaching students the importance of personal health is a life goal. His choice to write children's books on various health topics is his chance to expand and reach students and families beyond his school district in Las Vegas. "As an elementary physical education teacher, I often lacked resources to educate K-5 students on the importance of healthy choices. Althea books is an opportunity to give more teachers another option to educate their students on health topics."
