Supplementation of diets for grazing cows with rich unsaturated fats in ¿6 and ¿3 at the levels used in this study did not negatively affect the in vitro degradation processes of dry matter and organic matter; likewise on the parameters of milk production, milk production adjusted to 4% fat, the amounts and percentages of protein, fat and non-fat solids.
