This present investigation was conducted to perceive Organizational climate, Psychosocial competence and Occupational stress of employee in hazardous job and their counterparts in office work,in public and private sector gas and oil mining industry. For this research purpose the sample consisted of 50 workers in hazardous job and 50 workers in non hazardous jobs from both public and private sector.

Autor

The author has distinguished career as an intern of NIOH.She completed her B.Sc in Psychology in 2013 from Calcutta University.Later she did her M.Sc in applied psychology also from Calcutta University in the year 2015 with an honorable marks.Her thesis work got huge appreciation from academicians which inspired her to publish her work as a book.
