Roger Lallemand (Quevaucamps, 17 January 1932) is a Walloon-Belgian lawyer and socialist politician.He graduated as a licentiate in Romance philology and obtained a doctorate in law at the Universite Libre de Bruxelles.In 1958, he stated his career as a lawyer at the bar in Brussels. This law modified Article 348.,350.,351 and 352 of the Belgian penal code (title VII, chapter I) and raised Article 353. As from 1999 he is honorary President of the senate and in 2002, he was appointed as a Minister of State.
