Roger I. McDonough (born September 29, 1892, died November 25, 1966) was an American judge. He served on the Utah Supreme Court from 1938 to 1966. He was the Chief Justice of the Utah Supreme Court from 1947 to 1948 and from 1954 to 1959, and was called upon by President Harry S.
