Rodolphe Kasser (born January 14, 1927), philologist and archaeologist, is a Coptic scholar. He is a Swiss national, and expert in translation of ancient Coptic language manuscripts. Born in Yverdon-les-Bains, Switzerland . Kasser obtained his higher education in theology in Lausanne and in Paris from 1946-1950.
