LINA SVEDIN completed her Ph.D. at the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs, Department of Political Science at Syracuse University, USA.   ADAM LUEDTKE is 2009-2010 Visiting Fellow at the Niehaus Centre for Globalization and Governance, USA and Princeton University, and an Assistant Professor in Political Science at University of Utah.   THAD E. HALL is Associate Professor of Political Science and Research Fellow in the Institution of Public and International Affairs at the University of Utah, USA.
