Risk Management in IT Projects: Case of IRAN

This research project is an attempt to explain the role of risk management in the success of IT projects and how to manage risk effectively. This raises the fact that the identification and management of risks observed before and during the implementation of IT projects plays a key role in their success. Quantitative survey instrument design was adopted as a basis and was modified to meet statistical criteria for this research.
