Romeo El Chaer is a business leader, speaker, and coach with over 20 years of experience building ventures across Lebanon, Nigeria, Ghana, the UAE, and the United States. He has led successful companies in construction, quality management, and hospitality, including a wholesale electromechanical supply business that reached $6.5 million in annual revenue before the 2008 global recession reshaped his path. That loss deepened his conviction that lasting success is built not merely on effort but on faith and resilience.Romeo's journey of perseverance began early. After losing his eye in a childhood accident, he endured rejection and isolation through his teenage years - yet chose to rise above despair, anchoring himself in faith and community.
