Dr. Julie Compton is a highly sought-after executive coach who launched her company 20 years ago to partner with organizations to strengthen their leadership talent through coaching and facilitation. Her primary focus is on coaching executives, VPs, and Sr. Directors. Julie helps clients become more aware of their style, leverage their strengths, and build their capabilities in many aspects of leadership development, including emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, influencing, stakeholder relationships, communication, and empowering teams.
