Their journey to the capital of the continent is fraught with danger, especially when they confront the Atlantean Elders. Thinking themselves to be safe in the custody of these leaders, they instead discover a deeper plot involving them that threatens to separate, or even kill, members of the family. It is only the prompt saving from a powerful person from Brett's past that the family and the Seekers make it out alive. But getting out is only the beginning of their new adventure.
