Ridership Revisited

Owen Kelley has a Ph.D. in Computational Science and Informatics, and during the past 20 years, his research has been published in various atmospheric science journals. Kelley is also the author of a 246-page photo-illustrated field guild to the Greenbelt North Woods. He currently serves on Greenbelt's Forest Preserve Advisory Board. During the past several years, he has written about the proposed Baltimore-Washington maglev.
