Ugochukwu Uche, MS, LPC, is a licensed psychotherapist, ADHD Coach, and the founder of Road 2 Resolutions, PLLC, a private practice dedicated to helping individuals overcome the challenges of ADHD, anxiety, and emotional dysregulation. With over 23 years of experience in the mental health field and 16 years of ADHD coaching expertise, Ugochukwu combines cognitive behavioral science with practical, brain-based strategies to help clients rewire their minds for focus, productivity, and long-term success.Born and raised in Lagos, Nigeria, Ugochukwu draws from his own experience living with ADHD to connect authentically with both clients and readers.
