Autor

Mahrukh Laeeq also known as Mahrukh Mustansar, is a well-known young psychologist.Her specializations include: Child Psychology, Socio- political Psychology, Peace Psychology, Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy. Being a psychologist, she is passionate about understanding people and their emotions deeply. Moreover, she has won numerous national awards in communications due to her intense interest in the arts and literature. She has also worked in media as a guest psychologist to spread mental health awareness and optimism around the globe. She holds great love for the arts; as for her, art is the source of soulful healing and creativity, that can shine through and bring hope in despair. Any form of art color, music or writing has the ability to touch a soul. This book contains expressions of many sensitive souls. Her writings are inspired by people and their emotional state. She wants to highlight and share harsh realities and emotional distress people unexpressively experience. She strongly believes on kindness, peace, stability and equilibrium at every level. This is only possible by treating each other with love, empathy, compassion and striving for a tolerant approach to every situation. She is a very sensitive and an empathetic soul with a kind heart. For her the most exemplary thing a person can do is to cherish humanity with love, kindness and do their part to give back to the community, as this leads to more HARMONY and PEACE.
