The main results show that, from the perspective of the sample analyzed, low levels of resilience stand out in most of the participants regardless of the type of contract, which causes an influence for the conformation of determining aspects for the formation of resilience in a personal, social, professional and institutional context. These results reflect the urgent need that exists in universities for a positive organizational vision from the changes made to the curricula where the formation of the teacher as a professional, but also as an individual that helps to achieve an education with resilience from the perspective of the current context, should be included.
