I pray that everyone is successful in their endeavors to become a great leader. However, use your leadership skills to lead all the way through from A to Z. Stay in the boat if you cant float yet; theres safety in the boat. Remember to cast all your weights (negativity) overboard to alleviate the load. Hopefully, The Leaders/Leadership Surveys have helped you to identify your strengths and built up your self-esteem, confidence, and level of influence.
