Elizabeth M. Lykins, PA-C, MPAS is a spiritual transformation coach, author, digital products publisher, and medical provider who currently resides in the Bay area of California. As a spiritual transformation coach, she works with clients who are seeking relief from unhealthy, anxious thinking that is interfering with their lives, by guiding them on spiritual journey inward to reconnect with who they really are. Her work is based on the Three Principles approach by Sydney Banks, the works of Eckhart Tolle, Don Miguel Ruiz, and others with similar philosophies. "Everything you are searching for is already inside of you" is the principle that guides her spiritual transformation coaching. Elizabeth received training and multiple certifications in neurolinguistic programming (NLP), Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy - Insomnia (CBT-I), TIME techniques, and Success & Life Coaching. She has received formal training in the Three Principles approach, by renowned coach and author, Jamie Smart. She holds a master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies in Emergency Medicine, from the University of Nebraska Medical Center (MPAS), a bachelor's degree in Clinical Health Sciences (BCHS), and certification in Physician Assistant studies from the University of Washington School of Medicine. She has been practicing medicine in emergency and urgent care specialties since 1996.
