Primary teeth are essential not only for the normal development of jawbone and musculature but also for the guidance of eruption of permanent teeth and phonation, mastication and esthetic. Early and premature loss of primary teeth can lead to alteration in the eruption pathway of permanent teeth, development of aberrant habits etc. A pulpectomy is considered to be the choice of treatment.
