His program has helped thousands achieve physical freedom through an integrated approach to building strength, flexibility, and mobility. Jeff King has been a screenwriter since 1991 when he got his first staff writing job on the ABC TV series Going to Extremes. He has written TV pilots for Sony, Warner Brothers, Amazon, HBO, Fox, and others. He has also written, rewritten, or adapted fourteen feature films.
