The Author Dr Nivedita Patnaik Roy is a Senior Management Professional at SAIL Rourkela Steel Plant. An engineer from NIT Rourkela, she also has an MBA degree in HR from IIM Ranchi and a coveted PhD degree in Management from the international Sri Sri university. A dedicated and diligent professional, she is a winner of several awards at the organizational level, and has several publications in the field of HR to her credit. A staunch believer in inner strength and courage and the Grace of the Divine Mother, she dedicates all her work to the Divine. A dreamer by birth, she loves writing poetry in English as well as in Hindi.
