Elizabeth attended St Gregory''s primary school, where she began playing the flute and Irish whistle, and at Maricourt high school where in her first year, she starred as Tallulah in Bugsy Malone. She then attended Liverpool Community College Arts Centre, later continuing her training at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts where she graduated with a first class honours degree in 2006.
