Hopson is a professor of evaluation in the Department of Educational Psychology, College of Education, at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Keena N. Arbuthnot is special advisor to the president, associate vice president of Research and Economic Development, and Joan Pender McManus Distinguished Professor of Education at Louisiana State University.
