The research design, the study population, research sample, sampling techniques and instruments are given. Chapter four encompasses data analysis and gives an over view of the findings of the study. Figures and frequency tables are used to summarize and illustrate the findings of the study. Finally chapter five gives the summary of research findings, conclusions and recommendations.
