Inshakova is a Professor and Head of the department of civil and international private law of Volgograd state University (the base Department of the southern scientific center of the Russian Academy of Sciences). Oleg V. Ivanov is a Professor at the department of economic policy and public-private partnership, MGIMO University, Russia.
