This process itself has incorporated the re-definition of the role of the state in public management, as well as closer relationship with the private sector and civil society in service delivery. Generally, this book is expected to contribute to a better understanding of function of a modern and market driving institution ,that will not be anymore the only choice for the training of civil servants, but also the best choice for the continues professional development of civil servants, but not limited to them.
