We conducted a retrospective descriptive study of the clinical records of patients with pseudarthrosis of the long bones collected from January 2019 to June 2023. We found a frequency of 01.43%. Young male adults predominated, with a mean age of 41.45 years and a sex ratio of 2.58. RTAs were the main cause, accounting for 95.08% of initial fractures.
