The monograph presents the results of research on medical and organizational aspects of obstetrics care. The monograph contains proposals for optimizing the provision of perinatal care to pregnant women and maternity women. The monograph is devoted to the analysis of the organizational basis for the development and implementation of the program of new technology of obstetrics, assessment of the quality of antenatal care from the point of view of pregnant women, comparative characteristics of traditional and modern perinatal care and determination of the level of effectiveness of modern tactics of perinatal care, as well as the study of the opinion of maternity women and medical staff on the quality of medical care. We sought not only to reveal defects in the organization of perinatal care, but also to develop a system of measures aimed at optimizing modern methods of ante and perinatal care.
