This project tries to assess the prospects of transforming the older system to the demand base newer one and recommend possible ways of withstanding the challenges which otherwise may hinder the entire system in general. The project tries to assess the practice of both local and international universities which have implemented BPR so far as bench marks and many success and failure factors for effective BPR implementation as well. I hope viewing the issue in such depth will enhance the project's significance to the readers.
