However, it is highly appalling how some Governments and their Institutions in some parts of the world, vehemently oppose this natural right thereby going against the doctrine of "PactSuntServanda". A recent example is the proscription of The Indigenous People of Biafra(IPOB), which consist majorly of the southeastern part of the country and the launching of the Operation Python Dance by the Nigerian Armed Forces under the command of President Muhammad Buhari, The President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
