The aim of this study was therefore to develop a proposal for an organisational structure for an accelerator for technology-based companies. The methodology adopted was bibliographic reference research on key subjects such as: innovation habitats; organisational structure models. In order to provide the knowledge needed to draw up the organisational structure proposal. The result was a proposal for an organisational structure for an accelerator of technology-based companies, based on the team organisational structure model. The proposed model will serve as a guideline for structuring new accelerators, or even adapting existing ones.
