Along the way, he makes friends who become brothers, lovers who become exes, and rivals who become enemies. Combating countless heartbreaks, emotional battles, and the trials of becoming an adult, the author grows every step of the way to try and become the man he hopes to be. While all of the poems in the book are not directly recollections of memories, all are inspired from the people and events that played a significant role during his life from 2020 through 2022.
