MICHAEL'S SIX PILLARS SUMMARY Movement: We were created and designed to move. We are opportunistic movers, streamlined and designed for multi-joint, multiplane, dynamic movement against the force of gravity over distance. We are a system of integrated systems that only operate best in the presence of movement. Nutrition: The oversimplified 'calories in vs calories out' theory has been glamorised without any real biochemistry taken into consideration or no real knowledge of what's happening intrinsically.
