In this work, the authors aim to verify the profile of morbidly obese people who underwent bariatric surgery through the Unified Health System at the University Hospital of the Federal University of Santa Catarina, as well as their relationship with physical activity. Autor

Graduated in Physical Education from UDESC (2004). Specialist in Physical Exercise Applied to Cardiac Rehabilitation and Special Groups (2007). Master's degree in Physical Education from UFSC (2010). She teaches at IESGF, where she has coordinated undergraduate courses and now coordinates health internships and specialization courses in the health area.
