Therefore, the main objective of this study was to see how the organizational production process and logistics management directly influence the productivity and competitiveness of companies in the construction aggregates segment in Pará. The study was exploratory and descriptive in nature, using systematic observation and a semi-structured interview script to collect data, which was analyzed using content analysis of the answers obtained.
