The study objectives were to find out the level of compliance with procurement practices in private universities in lango sub-region, to assess the level of resources management in private universities in lango sub-region, and to establish the relationship between procurement practices and resources management in private universities in lango sub-region. The hypothesis was that "there is no relationship between procurement practices and resources management in private universities in lango sub-region". The researcher rejected the null hypothesis and accepted the Alternative Hypothesis.
