Finally, the paper addresses in more detail the topic the right to be forgotten.It begins by exposing the concept of the data subject's consent to the processing of data, a processing that should be implemented in a transparent manner by the data owner, they then examine, the rights of the data subject, with particular attention paid precisely to the right to be forgotten and the deletion of data from search engines.Ultimately, they consider the limitations to the data subject's rights.
