For this to happen, it is necessary to invest more in technology and look for new solutions that move away from conventional construction - which today is based on slow, artisanal methods - by looking for industrialised construction systems that can be carried out in a shorter period of time, but which guarantee the quality and safety of the building. The prefabricated concrete construction system, because it is industrialised, has great potential and meets most of the requirements that the market demands, both in terms of quality and speed of execution. With this as a basis, this work aims to present the prefabricated concrete construction system and point out guidelines for the proper covering of the 'PI slab', developing a booklet with guidelines to be used in a precast factory.
