Tentatively, these financial earnings would in turn empower them to venture into other business-related areas that may bring in better returns, like establishing small businesses with value additions or avoiding the low-priced farm gate sales of farm produce, by increasing acreage, jointly hiring vehicles to transport farm produce to urban centers for better pricing. In a space of time this would change the face of production, enhance efficiency and help realize growth at the local level with many players getting involved like forming co-operatives or unions for even better empowerment and benefits.
