So, it should be eliminated from the system or, at least, reduced up to permissible limits. This projects deals with same problem of harmonics. The objective is to model and simulate a general system containing harmonics introduced due to non-linear load connected in the system and to mitigate this harmonics by using harmonic mitigation techniques, which result in power quality improvement. In this, the hybrid harmonic mitigation method is used. It aims to reduce harmonics accordingto IEEE harmonic limits.
