They want power at the table. Sharla J. Frost grew up on a cattle ranch in Frogville, Oklahoma; graduated from Baylor Law School; then defended lawsuits in courthouses across America. Sharla is recognized for her work on improving diversity and inclusion in the legal profession. Among other activities, she has served as the President of Litigation Counsel of America, been elected to the American Board of Trial Advocates, and been active on several committees of the National Association of Women Lawyers, including repeat service on the Committee for the Evaluation of Supreme Court nominees. Recognized as a Texas SuperLawyer each year from 2005 to 2020, Sharla has also been repeatedly listed as one of fewer than five lawyers across the United States in the Spotlight Table for mass tort asbestos litigation by the esteemed international ranking organization Chambers and Partners. She was identified as the 2018 Houston Lawyer of the Year {Products Liability litigation-Defendents) by the Best lawyers in America.
