Cozen Professor of Law and Professor of Political Science at the University of Pennsylvania and also serves as the Director of the Center for East Asian Studies and Deputy Director of the Center for the Study of Contemporary China at the University of Pennsylvania, and Director, Asia Program, Foreign Policy Research Institute. .
