But, despite his best efforts, Zephyr's arrival still throws the stability of his human life into question. Zephyr left the dragon realm, Velzexus, to prove himself. His goal is to acquire an impressive hoard of gold to bring back to his family-though he finds that he must learn the rules of humans before he's ready to steal. But humans are smarter and more dangerous than he assumes, and his plans may be further out of reach than he hopes.
