This poetic interdisciplinary model analyzed Forugh Farrokhzad's poetry to investigate how gender ideology embedded in her poetry has been treated in English translations - Forugh was a Persian contemporary poetess who iconoclastically and feministically remonstrated about the gender ideology of her-lifetime Iran (1935-1967).
