poems for U is structured as a series of poems, intended as an OP heART mindtraining to develop inner space, resilience and potential in everyday life's situations. Two poems, in this booklet tinted view and sunflower and bee, come in a pocket-sized artwork edition, designed as a flipover. We always need both, mind and heart, brain and consciousness, analysis and feeling, to truely connect and open up to see how things are. What for? Leading an authentic life on all levels. Autor

I'm a native German lady, a traveller, crossing the threshould value of brain, on the way ... to unite german mind and indian heART. I've studied science of communication and psycholinguistic research. My thesis was about authenticity. After masters degree in both subjects and many practical experiences in controversial fields I was invited to attend the graduate project rhetorics at LMU university in Munich. So, rehearsal knowledge meets now 53 years full lifeexperience and a lot of insights gained out of. As we don't dare to show up true in every moment, I wrote this booklet, to encourage all of us just to continue every day on the this very thin rope of authenticity. No matter what comes along with it. Enjoy your daily LIFE-performances, get aware of it and ... think through, demask tinted view!
