Both throughout my career and lifetime I have come across countless people. Many of whom all had similar sentiments and stories of "dreams deferred." Having come to this realization I would normally use a building block approach when working with clientele. By this I would always identify goals, encourage cultivating them, and support where needed without refute. The word No and imminent Failure leave such a negative impact on recipients. This book changes that. Oftentimes it is not that one does not want to start, it is that they are unaware of how to and when is right. More people will discourage your dreams than support them. This makes it hard for someone without vision or direction to even take the necessary steps toward getting ahead. Well that stops here.
