Dr Indigo has 20+ years of successfully owning and operating a business, in the US. She launched 4D Performance, in Malaysia in 2017. She led her company to being recognized as a Top 500 Fastest Growing Companies in America by Inc. Magazine in 2012 and 2013, and top 1,000 in 2014 which is huge considering there were, "Almost 28 million small businesses in the US," according to FORBES Magazine. Her company, Careers In Transition, Inc., was ranked 239th on the Inc. list. That is 239th out of 28 million. She has been featured in Inc. Magazine, Fox News, New York Times, Huffington Post and many other media outlets that took notice of her ability to grow and manage a multi-million dollar performance management consulting firm and her insight on career management and leadership development. Dr. Indigo earned a PhD in Values-Driven Leadership with an emphasis in mental health, which she utilizes to help you become more effective personally and professionally. Her methodology is based on the values of positive psychology, ethics/integrity, servant leadership, etc. These are the cornerstones of her practice and what she instils in her client relationships. Success and values do not have to be diametrically opposed. Dr. Indigo was born with the gift of insight to inspire others, which she weaves through everything that she does. It is grounded in research and serves as a resource for healing and managing mental dis-ease. Aside from her HR consulting experience, she taught at DeVry University; whereby, she taught Psych 405. This psychology course was designed to help leaders understand themselves and others from a psychological point of view. She has extensive research and experience in mental wellness which is used as a foundation for understanding behaviours to assist professionals in weathering life/career storms and modifying behaviours for improved results. Dr. Indigo recognized a gap in the marketplace. There are therapist and there are coaches: however, there are few professionals who blend the two expertise. Her life's work is healing through listening, helping people navigate and pouring into others so that they are empowered and capable of taking on life/career challenges.
