Different concentration of Saline sea water was given to mungbean. It was observed that highest protein content 73% at 90%. MDA enzymes activity was maximum 57% at 90%. While PPO enzymes activity was maximum 52% at 75%. Cathacol-POX enzymes activity was maximum 44.31% at 50%. While Catalase enzymes activity was maximum 25.21% at 100%. It was observed that above respective percentage it was found the lethal levels for plant metabolism which effect the physiological and Biochemical content of the plant.
