The present book is designed to investigate the effect of the ion beam on polymer nanostructure properties to be used in industrial applications. This book investigates the construction and optimization of the ion source for producing discharge beams applied in energy applications. In this current project mainly focuses on fabrication, structural characterization, and effects of ion beam irradiation on the dielectric properties of flexible polymer nanostructure films to be applied in storage electrical devices.

Dr. Ali Atta Mohamed Ahmed, Associate Professor of radiation physics. I worked in the Radiation physics department, NCRRT, Egypt from 2002 to 2017, and from 2018 up to now worked in the Physics Department, College of Science, Jouf University, Saudi Arabia.
