Photoconductivity and its various types are discussed in Chapter 4. Intrinsic and Extrinsic Photoconductivity, Electrons transition, absorption and excitation effect of trapping, negative photoconductivity and spectrophoto meter are discussed in detail. Experimental detail related to density, ZnO (mol %) and energy band gap are given in Chapter 5. It is our hope that the current book serves as a reference for all researcher for the technologists as well as researcher interested in various approaches for preparation of glass and their properties.
