The study aim to isolation and identification of aerobic bacteria from diabetic foot ulcers in diabetic patients and investigation the resistance of bacteria to antibiotic agent. B. cepacia isolates showed high level of resistance for all beta-lactam antibiotic classes which included;, ceftriaxone, cefoxitin and Cefepime, with percentage of (100%); ticarcllin with clavulalnic acide ,piperacllin, ceftazidime, tobramycine, ciproflaxcin and levofloxacin with percentage of (87.5%); aztreonam and amikacine with percentage(62.5%); meropenem, imipenem and gentiamycin with percentage of (37.5%). P. aerginosa isolates were with blaOXA (47.1%) and (58.8%) of isolates carry blaCTX-M gene, all isolates of p. aeruginosa gave negative result of blaIMP and blaKPC geneand PCR analysis showed that the integron gene was (94.1%).
